what comes after a retreat?

regrouping; reassessing resources, motivations, priorities; and adjusting deployment plans accordingly. what worked? what failed? how can this be better next time?

as per instructions, i went into winter retreat at Iawah without any expectations.

here are some tidbits i discovered:
